I’ve been working on a new short story, working title “The Long Con”. This one is exciting because it will be a FREE reader magnet for my upcoming book and double as the prologue. This intro frames my main character’s motivations and sets the stage for a ripple effect of devastation, which we see in the additional stories in the book. It’s been fun to go even further back into my protagonist’s past and dig up his secrets.
